Requesting Support
To request support, please open a support ticket. Your request will be routed to the appropriate support staff based on the details you provide in your support ticket. If you are not enrolled in one of plans below, a minimum $50 charge will apply.

This option is a good fit for companies that have received training but would like some extra support, or have a small web solution and do not wish to maintain it own their own. We will provide support in the areas of e-mail system administration, system usage, and content updates. The basic support plan includes up to two hours of support per month. Each additional hour is $75/hour. Requires 1 year commitment. |
| Intermediate |
$259/month |
This option includes the same support services as listed above, but provides more time. This is a good option for companies that do not plan to maintain their content on their own and expect changes on a monthly basis. The Intermediate support plan includes up to four hours of support per month. Each additional hour is $65/hour. Requires 1 year commitment. |
| Advanced |
$499/month |
This option includes the same support services as listed above, but provides more time. This is a good option for companies that have a large web solution, do not want to maintain their content and expect changes on a monthly basis. The Advanced support plan includes up to ten hours of support per month. Each additional hour is $50/hour. Requires 1 year commitment. |
| Ad-Hoc |
$100/hour |
In the event a company wants to simply approach support on an ad-hoc basis, the hourly rate is $100/hour. |
